Our MESRC

Melaka Eye Specialist & Refractive Centre (MESRC)

is the primary activity of Kayangan Bumi Medical Sdn Bhd (KBMSB), which it was set-up by its founder to provide medical related services.

The company was officially registered on December 22, 2009. KBMSB planned for MESRC to be a one-stop centre offering comprehensive medical treatment for eye and visual problems.MESRC became operational in April, 2011.

MESRC is registered under the category of Ambulatory Care Centre with Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM).

We complies with Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act with regard to set-up, facilities and fees.

The first concept of MESRC is to provide excellent medical treatment for the eye, bringing the treatment to the patients and developing MESRC into a one-stop centre.

Once fully established, MESRC aims to provide 80-95% of the needed eye treatment. In cases where the patient's condition requires further intervention at other institutions, MESRC will provide appropriate assistance.

This is consistent with our motto 'MUDAH MESRA SELESA.' The centre is well-equipped with a full setup of an operating theater, complying with the requirements of modern operating theaters by KKM.

We do not compromise when it comes to ensuring the success of an operation. Therefore, the microsurgery machines and devices are modern. It is a priority for us to maintain and upgrade all requirements in accordance with the latest technology.

The second concept of MESRC is to provide these services at reasonable prices. The company makes every effort to offer excellent services at prices that bring smiles to the patients.

MESRC upgraded its motto to ‘KUALITI, SEDIA & IKHLAS’ in January 2021, showing that we manage to offer good services to patients who come to us.
